Q. password problem

There is always an option that works that enables you to retrieve or rather reset your forgotten password BUT there is not a 100% guarantee it would work on your/every system. Here is what you should do;

OPTION 1
-Restart the computer then immediately the monitor goes off gently start tapping the F8 keyboard button
-When the list of options comes up, please select SAFE MODE.
-Now comes the user-login part. Please click on ADMINISTRATOR. If that lets you in without a glitch then you will be OK with the rest of the steps below.
-When a pop-up windows comes up, please click on OK to proceed.
-You might notice a difference in display especially the fonts and desktop icons.
-Now you are free to proceed to Control panel and blank out or rather reset the password.

OPTION 2
